Description:
Taking into account the total inbound calls, the percentage of abandonment and the time the customer waits on the line to be attended, this report allows you to track by day and queue the level of service of the operation and the consolidation of inbound calls.
Benefit:
Identifying the service level per day is necessary for operations because this indicator can be not only an objective, but also a real performance measurement. This report makes it possible to track per day in a particular way.
