Our outgoing telephony works through SIP trunks. They are telephone lines that work over IP, under the Session Initiation Protocol mode, a factor which guarantees an unlimited number of simultaneous telephone calls through the public telephone network, depending on the needs of your company.
A SIP trunk acts as a conventional telephone trunk but on the Internet. That is, it works as a link between the public telephone network and your Internet telephone service provider. Thanks to this, you can make the number of synchronous calls that your contact center requires.
From wolkvox Manager you can configure them as you wish: add a name, add a username and password, their respective IP, a voice codecs and even assign a limit of simultaneous calls, if you wish.
