wolkvox continues to position itself as one of the best cloud solutions for contact centers on the market globally. This time GetApp recognized wolkvox CRM in its mid-year report Top CRM and Customer Service Software 2021.

GetApp is a Gartner digital market (one of the most prestigious technology consulting and research firms in the world) whose purpose is to guide companies from all countries and all sectors when hiring software-as-a-service solutions – SaaS – that best suit their needs. This has been its mission for a decade and that’s why GetApp is the main online resource for companies looking for software products.

Why did GetApp decide to single out wolkvox and its CRM? GetApp included wolkvox in its report of favorite companies because our cloud solution is one of the most frequently listed as a leading product in the CRM category and other related ones, such as Auto dialer, Predictive dialer, and Call center software.
